The Northwest Ohio Green Newsletter covers the activities of the Green Party in Northwest Ohio.
The newsletter covers activities including organizational matters, events, issue advocacy, issue discussion, general information, and candidates.
The Northwest Ohio Green Newsletter will cover Educational District One and Two in regards to the state organization of political parties. The two districts are centered on Toledo, Ohio, although counties and communities on the edges of District One and Two may have a closer association with Northeast, Central, Southeast, or Southwest areas. The Ohio Secretary of State website has information regarding various types of political districts at sos.state.oh.us.
Toledo (Lucas County) has an active Green Party local chapter.
A goal of the newsletter is to help in the development of county and local Green Party organizations in Northwest Ohio and to coordinate information between them, the state and national party, and between individuals and groups within communities.
